Thank you for shopping at Online Kapry. If you need to exchange an item due to a size issue, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs related to size exchanges. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new size within 4 to 5 business days.

Refunds are only applicable for defective items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and a description of the issue. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item for verification at contact@onlinekapry.com or send it to +92 339 0169169. If your request is approved, the item must be returned to us. We will issue your refund within 4 to 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Returns are only applicable under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged article

• The DTF print on the article is damaged

• You received the wrong size

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused

• Original tags and labels must be attached

• Photographic evidence of the issue must be emailed for verification

There are certain scenarios where we are unable to support returns or exchanges. These include, but are not limited to:

• The exchange request is made after the specified 5-7 days time frame

• The product is damaged due to use

• The product has been tampered with

• Missing items from the package such as price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories

No exchanges will be allowed on items purchased during a sale. Refunds will not be provided for sale items under any circumstances.

Exchanges will only be entertained if the item delivered is damaged or faulty.
